Erix is located in Gothenburg Sweden and manufactures the unique ERIX tool system.
The Erix tool saves up to 90% of the manufacturing time on back spotfacing and chamfering operations compared to conventional methods. The patented tool comprises a spindle with a cutter, called a wing, which folds into the spindle recess when the tool passes through the hole in the workpiece.
