The EMCO success story began in 1947 with the production of conventional turning lathes. In the years to follow, EMCO repeatedly impressed the market with extraordinary, innovative turning solutions.

The machines became more complex as demand for them grew. In this way, EMCO rapidly became Austria's largest producer of machine tools manufacturing lathes and milling machines.

Today, EMCO is a group of companies with production sites in Austria and Italy and its own sales offices in Germany, USA and Asia, with More than 570 highly qualified employees working around the world.
